The objectives of our project are justified since the European Union (EU) recognizes the importance of physical activity to improve the physical and mental health of young people in several strategies (EU Strategy on Health and Wellbeing 2014 -2020, EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, EU Health Strategy 2020, EU Council Recommendation on the Promotion of Mental Health and the EU’s own Work Plan on Sport (2014- 2017) .To respond and complement all the efforts that the EU is making on sport and health, such as Hepa, HealthyLifestyle4Al and #BEACTIVE, we establish the following lines of action:

-Line of research to know the physical and mental condition of our young people (12-15)

-Line of Intervention to act by promoting a school sports project, which allows integration and considers the importance of sport for all, through adapted sport.

-Line of Awareness and Sensitization, through campaigns on healthy habits, exercise-nutrition and rest.

-Line of Support for HEPA, through incorporating new sports policies from the countries representing our institutions.

-Line of Dissemination and Application, through sports practice in inclusive multitransnational sporting events, through the coexistence of standard sport and adapted sport.
