In Italy in these days there’s a heated debate about gender equality and on the importance of countering violence against women because of the tragic death of Giulia Cecchettin, killed by her ex boy friend. A terrible story that makes us strengthen our commitment to promote respect toward women and equal rights, even in sport.
Therefore we participated with great pleasure with our friends Pink Bari Calcio Femminile
at the presentation of “I just wanted to be a footballer”, a book written from a former Italian woman GoalKeeper that talks about the story of a former important athlete in the panorama of national women’s football, faced with the ban from playing football after her motherhood with her dismissal from her club. This is violence too!
Therefore we are very proud of #hersport because is a project that aims to promote respect and gender equality.
In last meeting held in Bari, at PalaCarrassi, we discussed about: A1- Next OPM and next TPM A2-Training Package Physical Education Teachers and School Leaders A3.- Digitalization and Virtual Mentoring A4. From Training to the Field A5. Dissemination and communication activity.
