On Saturday, September 5th, we held the 4th workshop of the Erasmus+ project “Saving Lives: First Aid for Sport Teachers and Coaches”, bringing together participants for a full day of learning, exchange and practical experience.

The morning session focused on osteopathic techniques, exploring how osteopathy can contribute to injury prevention, body awareness and the management of physical conditions relevant to sports environments.

In the afternoon, it was time to put knowledge into practice! Participants took part in hands-on activities and practical exercises, applying the techniques and knowledge acquired during the theoretical session.

The practical session also included exercises on different types of bandages and taping techniques, learning how to apply them correctly in sports-related situations.

The workshop was an important opportunity to combine theory, practical experience and professional exchange, strengthening the skills of those who work directly with athletes and contributing every day to safer sporting environments.
