Last weekend, all project partners gathered in Greece for Training Session 2 (TS2) and the Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), perfectly hosted by Hellenic Powerlifting – Ελληνικό Σωματείο Δυναμικού Τριάθλου
Each partner was represented by 2 badminton coaches, alongside 10 children and young people with special needs, creating an inclusive and highly practical learning environment
During the Training Session, partner coaches put theory into practice, applying the teachings from the Training Modules:
“Time Management to Align Training with Daily Routines” and
“Planning and Organizing Training Sessions”
The training was highly successful and allowed us to:
Train racket sport coaches in Adapted Badminton coaching techniques, specifically designed for children and youth with special needs, strengthening organizational capacities for social inclusion
Test and explore the learned methodologies through practical sessions, with the aim of implementing them in partner countries and analysing the results
Following TS2, partners held a Transnational Project Meeting, focusing on:
Intermediate project results and outcomes of TS1
Improvements to the Training Programme and the Guide for Parents
Methodology and quality standards achieved so far
Project management, impact, and contribution to the digital platform and communication channels
The meeting offered a valuable opportunity to review ongoing activities, exchange experiences, and align future strategies, reinforcing collaboration at both local and European levels.
Through open dialogue and joint planning, partners confirmed their commitment to quality implementation, shared values, and the long-term sustainability of project results.
